Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management (HR) job area in PETRONAS strives to be a strategic partner within the business, aiming to develop and deliver HR strategies, approaches and services which generate productive impact for the workforce and create value for the organisation. The various functions along the HR value chain are varied and include organisation design, people planning, talent sourcing, people development, performance management, remuneration and employee/industrial relations.

Postgraduate degree in any of the aforementioned fields is an added advantage.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in Human Resources.

Human Resource Management
  In my role as a manager of Staff Disciplinary Management, I am responsible for developing processes and facilitating the implementation of programmes designed to ensure a highly productive and disciplined workforce.

Not only does my job directly lead to improvement in overall capability of PETRONAS’ staff, it also offers me many opportunities to develop myself both as a result of work experience as well as professional training. In my time with PETRONAS, I have grown tremendously in the areas of leadership competency, capability and technical skills.


As a fast-expanding oil and gas multinational, PETRONAS' growing global presence also means that I will have even more opportunities to broaden my knowledge and expertise. Through international postings that give me the chance to work with world-class oil and gas professionals, I am gradually but surely developing into a world-class specialist myself.
