Being part of the Legal and Company Secretarial Department for Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd (MLNG), I act as an in-house legal counsel - vetting, reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documents. As the company secretary of Asean LNG Trading Co Ltd, I also do company secretarial work.
My employment experience with PETRONAS has been so much more than what I imagined before I joined. PETRONAS provides the opportunity to be part of a unique national oil and gas company with international exposure. Now I have varied experiences with a diversified work portfolio. This makes me versatile and yet focused in the LNG industry. I like the solid foundation that MLNG provides me, and the opportunities to learn and grow in the industry.
The soft and hard skills that I acquire whilst at work are priceless. The network of colleagues and industry-wide contacts that I make now will hopefully grow as I build my career. Knowing that I have contributed to business is the best part of the day.
